I'm one step closer to having a real life again. The magazine that's been consuming my life since August is finally finished:
(That's my friend Melissa Liebling on the cover. She's pretty cool and really good at riding her bike, so I wrote about her.)
You can download the full text version HERE, or check out the website I built for the project.
This project was actually really fun. Even though staring at a computer screen for hours probably wrecked my already poor eyesight, I liked doing the layout a lot. Having it printed was the best part--this ambiguous, pixelated thing I'd been working on for months was finally touchable and flippable in full color. And so far I've only found two typos. But I'm not telling you where they are.
Now all I've got to do is write a critical analysis of my work, slap a bibliography on it, and throw it on the registrar's desk. Then I'm done with IS. DONE.
